Reports

The Reports page allows you to generate a listing of Airworthiness Certification applications that meet specified criteria. You access this page by clicking Reports on the top level menu.

At the top of the FAA header, Help, User Guide, and References links are displayed in the right corner along with a Signout link. The Help link opens page-specific help for the current page. The User Guide link opens the Airworthiness Certification Applicant User Guide, which is the secondary resource for Airworthiness Certification Applicant Portal application user procedures and reference information. The References link opens a page allowing you to access FAA reference data relevant to Airworthiness Certification. The Signout link logs you out of the application and takes you to the System Use Notice. At the bottom of the FAA header, your name displays right justified along with a Person icon (); clicking the icon displays a pop-up screen with a list of the roles assigned to you.

The Airworthiness Certification application navigation top-level menu bar displays just below the title bar and contains the links that provide access to the Airworthiness Certification commands, or functions: My AWC, Search, Reports and My Profile.

Generate Airworthiness Applications Report:

To generate a listing of Airworthiness application meeting specified criteria, follow the steps below. You must enter at least one criterion to generate the report. The more criteria entered, the more restrictive the report listing

  1. To restrict the application listing by the application type, select the appropriate application type from the Application Type drop-down list. The Application Type drop-down list has the following choices:
  1. To restrict the application listing by the approval type, select the appropriate approval type from the Approval Type drop-down list. The Approval Type drop-down list has the following choices:
  1. To restrict the application listing by the application status, select the appropriate status from the Application Status drop-down list. The Application Status drop-down list has the following choices:
  1. To restrict the application listing by the application creation date, enter a range of application creation dates in the From and To fields for the Application Date either manually or using the calendar widget.
  2. To restrict the application listing by the application approval date, enter a range of application approval dates in the From and To fields for the Application Approval Date either manually or using the calendar widget.
  3. To restrict the application listing by the application closure date, enter a range of application close dates in the From and To fields for the Application Close Date either manually or using the calendar widget.
  1. To restrict the application listing by the date on which it became inactive, enter the range of application inactive dates in the From and To fields for the Application Inactive Date either manually or using the calendar widget.
  2. When you have finished entering all your criteria for the search, click Search. The Search results displays in the Application Search data grid. Click Reset before clicking save to clear all entries.

Working with the Application Search Results data grid

The Application Search Results data grid displays those applications that met the search criteria entered. The column heading row displays the descriptive text for the column contents. For detailed information for working with the data grid functions; see Working with Data Grids.

By default, the columns in the Application Results data grid are displayed in the following order. Records are sorted by default by Application Number.

Click the arrows (or ) next to the Application Number sub-header to expand or collapse any record in the grid
